The SEC Can Award Large Financial Rewards to Whistleblowers Who Properly Expose Significant Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Violations and SEC Violations
Multinational corporations that are registered with the SEC and pay illegal kickbacks and bribes to government officials and former government officials in exchange for contracts including large building projects can be brought to justice and made to pay large penalties under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
